NX6509 Series
DESCRIPTION
NEC's NX6509 Series is a 1550 nm Multiple Quantum Well (MQW) structured Distributed Feed-Back (DFB) laser diode with InGaAs monitor PIN-PD. These devices are designed for 2.5 Gb/s: STM-16 (L-16.2) application and ideal for Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) system.
