APT55M85JFLL 550V 51A S G D 0.085 S POWER MOS 7 (R) R FREDFET FREDFET Power MOS 7 is a new generation of low loss, high voltage, N-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFETS. Both conduction and switching (R) losses are addressed with Power MOS 7 by significantly lowering RDS(ON) (R) and Qg.
