MOTOROLA SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNICAL DATA Order this document by MR2535L/D Advance Information Overvoltage Transient Suppressors . . . designed for applications requiring a low voltage rectifier with reverse avalanche characteristics for use as reverse power transient suppressors.
