Adjust the input level until the output distortion is 0.5%. This output voltage 2: Input a 2.0VP-P, 1MHz sine wave. The voltage gain is given by GV = 20 log (VOUT / VIN). 3: Measure the input pin voltage VIN50 when a current of DC50A is flowing into the input pin. Measure the input pin open-circuit voltage VIN0. -6 4: Input a 1.0VP-P, 1kHz sine wave. Connect a distortion meter to the output and measure the total-harmonic distortion. The input impedance is given by Z = (VIN50 - VIN0) / 5010 []. at this time is the maximum output level Vom (VP-P). 5 Multimedia ICs BA7622F *Application example VCC = 5V + 47F 0.022F 75 1 75 driver 8 + 1000F 75 VIDEO OUT1 VIDEO OUT2 Y C Composite Video Signal + 1F 2 Clamp 75 driver 7 + 1000F 75 Y Signal + 1F 3 Clamp 20k 75 driver 6 + 1F 75 75 5 75 Y C C Signal 0.01F 4 NO Clamp Fig.2 *Electrical characteristic curves 20 GAIN: GV (dB) 0 - 20 - 40 - 60 - 80 0 GAIN: GV (dB) - 20 - 40 100k 1M 10M 100M 100k 1M 10M 100M FREQUENCY: f (Hz) FREQUENCY: f (Hz) Fig. 3 Frequency characteristic Fig. 4 Crosstalk 6 Multimedia ICs BA7622F *Extermal dimensions (Units: mm) 5.0 0.2 8 6.2 0.3 4.4 0.2 5 1.5 0.1 1 4 0.11 1.27 0.4 0.1 0.3Min. 0.15 SOP8 0.15 0.1 7 |
